• I will support any measure to ensure the city is adequately staffed, and they are fully supported.

• Push for improved communication between the city and citizens – little to no communication from the city in response to COVID-19 and March 3rd tornado.
• Leveraging knowledge and experience assisting corporations and government agencies (Local, State and Federal), become more operationally efficient and effective.
• Actively work to formalize a written Strategic Plan for Growth, addressing the needs of the city departments now and for the future.
• Transparency, Accountability and Ethics are a must.
• Strike the right balance between fiscal conservatism and properly funding city operations to attain the goals set by the City Commission and community.
• Increase intergovernmental cooperation with Wilson County, Wilson County Schools, and neighboring municipalities.
